- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very hard to get someone on the phone to make an appointment. When you do the ladies are extremely rude. Since they are really busy sometimes your appointments will be made a week or two out. When you make an appointment triple check or quadruple check to make sure when you're appointment is. The receptionist told me the wrong time and they billed me a hefty $50 no show fee. THEY DO NOT DO CALL REMINDERS. You'll spend about 20 minutes in the waiting room after you checked in and about another 15-20 waiting for the doctors.
